Football might be coming home this weekend as England’s Lionesses are set to play the final of the World Cup.

If they win against Spain tomorrow (August 20), it could be England’s biggest football day since 1966.

The Lionesses now have a chance to emulate their success at the European championships last year, with kick off expected at 11am.

Big screens are set to show the match across north London, as well as local bars and pubs.

Here are some of the places you can visit to catch a glimpse of tomorrow’s action.

BOXPARK Wembley

Breakfast cereal Weetabix has partnered with the Wembley Park food drink and entertainment venue to create a fan zone experience.

The venue has screened many matches with a football cage and challenge arena, kids crafts and face painting, and of course giant screens to watch the games.

This is a ticket only event, non-ticket holders will not be granted entry into the venue so make sure you book online first.

Belushis Camden High Street

The entire chain is celebrating the World Cup with projectors and HD screens, and in London fans can pre order a five bottle bucket for £25.

The bar has urged customers to secure their spot at the venue by booking online through their website.

Beehive Tottenham

This pub in Stoneleigh Road is a popular spot to watch football as Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is just a 15 minute walk away.

The pub takes bookings online, so that might be your best bet to secure a spot to watch the match.

If the sun is shining, the venue has an outdoor terrace with multiple screens from where you can enjoy the game.

The Junction Harrow

This pub in Gayton Road claims to be the perfect spot to watch the final tomorrow morning.

The Junction’s website says: “If you can’t be at the 2023 Women’s World Cup in person, then we’ve got the nest best thing: capture that big game atmosphere by joining us in Harrow”.

Punters can enjoy pub food and drinks during the match and are encouraged to book online.

Sports Bar and Grill Marylebone

The venue in Melcombe Place is raring to celebrate the National team and offers a Lioness Bottomless Brunch to enjoy alongside the action.

The sports bar also has a dedicated cocktail, The Lioness, which blends Hendrick's Gin with Fever Tree Elderflower tonic.

And if that wasn’t reason enough to head down – the bar is also now offering a free pint if the Lionesses bring home the trophy.
